as receiving a damaged product or an incorrect item, we are here to assist. Please read our
Return and Refund Policy below.
We accept returns under the following conditions only:
• Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during transit, you may request a return.
• Incorrect Orders: If the product received is different from what you ordered, we will replace or
refund the item.
Eligibility for Returns:
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and photographic evidence of the damage or
incorrect product must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Items purchased on sale or through special promotions, unless defective.
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
• A refund is issued only for damaged products or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
• If eligible, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after
the returned product is received and inspected.Important Notes:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer upon providing
necessary account details.
